All orders are freshly prepared and packed with care.
Please allow 10–15 business days for processing before dispatch. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or special promotions. Each order is individually handled to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery windows will be displayed when you place your order.
Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by factors outside our control — such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected delivery method, destination, and order weight or volume.
The final shipping cost will appear at checkout before you confirm payment.

International customers should be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon entry to your destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.
All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds once orders have shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Our team will promptly review the issue and offer a suitable resolution (e.g., replacement or store credit).
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate — we are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts:
First Attempt: Delivery will be made to your provided address. If you are unavailable, a notification will be left, and an email will be sent.
Second Attempt: If undelivered, a second attempt will be made the next business day, followed by another notice.
Final Attempt: A final attempt will be made on the following business day. If the parcel remains unclaimed, a last notice and email will be issued.
To prevent delays or package disposal, please respond promptly to courier emails or notices. You may choose to:
Update your delivery address
Authorize the parcel to be left at a safe location
Select a redelivery time
If no response is received within 7 days after the third attempt, the parcel will be deemed undeliverable and may be disposed of without refund or replacement.
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Use this to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time through the courier’s tracking page.
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
