Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy

At Sea Moss Singapore, we offer both one-time purchases and subscription delivery options so customers can conveniently maintain a consistent wellness routine.

By selecting a subscription purchase option, you agree to the following terms.

Minimum Subscription Commitment

All subscription purchases require a minimum commitment of two (2) orders.

This means the initial order plus one renewal order must be completed before the subscription can be cancelled.

This policy allows us to offer exclusive subscription pricing, priority stock allocation, and free shipping promotions available only to subscribers.

Subscription Billing

When you select a subscription purchase option, you authorize Sea Moss Singapore to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout (for example every 30 days).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled after the minimum two-order commitment has been fulfilled.

Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Subscriptions may be cancelled after the minimum two-order commitment has been completed.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Cancellations requested after this period may already have entered processing and cannot be stopped for that shipment.

You may cancel your subscription by:

• Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription

Subscription Order Processing

Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you do not wish to continue future deliveries, please ensure cancellation is completed prior to the next billing cycle once the minimum commitment has been met.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.

Changes to Subscription

Customers may modify their subscription at any time after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, including:

• Changing delivery frequency
• Skipping upcoming deliveries
• Updating shipping details
• Updating payment method

Changes must be made before the next billing cycle to apply to the upcoming order.

Refund Policy for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are recurring purchases that are confirmed at the time of billing.

Once an order has been billed or shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by law.
